Scott Philips is a C-level executive with over 30 years of diversified experience in enterprise wide leadership. He is recognized as an action-oriented leader with strengths in strategic management, business assessments, global brand building, business development and enterprise selling. Scott's experience in analyzing market data, developing solutions and effectively executing plans have resulted in significant revenue growth in a number of companies in a wide variety of industries.

Currently Scott advises companies in transition, pinpointing their challenges and developing strategies to achieve record sales and revenue growth. Most recently, he has advised companies representing manufacturing, energy, transportation, healthcare, services, food processing, technology and education.

Prior to joining OneAccord, Mr. Philips was President of Philips Management Group, a business management consulting firm he established in 1995. His organization was considered an industry leader in business and leadership assessments, strategic planning retreats, strategic visioning/planning, along with sales and marketing development and execution.

Before starting his own business, Mr. Philips held a number of interim executive leadership positions in sales, marketing, channel management & product development. His interim executive positions included positions in energy, telecommunications, retail, software, transportation, electronics manufacturing and avionics. As an Executive in these companies, Scott was instrumental in turning around slumping sales and in six of the cases was responsible for record sales.

Throughout his career Mr. Philips has consistently been recognized for major accomplishments including several national advertising and leadership awards in the energy and telecommunications industries. Scott holds a BS degree from Lewis & Clark University in Portland, Oregon and a MS degree in Management from Marylhurst University in West Linn, Oregon.

Mr. Philips currently provides executive coaching for a handful of CEOs and is the current president of the Wilsonville Chamber of Commerce.

Scott has been married over 30 years to Sheri Philips, has three married children and three grandsons. In his spare time Scott likes to sail, golf, read and designs & builds stain glass windows.
