Jim is an experienced executive skilled in leading senior management teams to maximize shareholder value through strategic planning and revenue growth. During his 30 plus years of service, he has become known as a visionary and skilled problem solver with the ability to simplify complex issues. He is recognized for building enterprises that deliver premier service to customers and a high quality of work life for employees. He has demonstrated success in diverse industries with both domestic and international organizations. Jim has served in leadership roles on both corporate and not for profit boards.

Prior to joining OneAccord, Jim served as President and CEO of Pro-Tech Services, a medical device manufacturer recognized worldwide as the premier designer, manufacturer, and distributor of sensors used in sleep apnea studies. During his tenure, he assembled and led a world class management team in developing a long range strategic plan to grow the value of the company for eventual sale. Shareholder value was increased by over 500% through establishment of the company's global position as the leading sleep diagnostic sensor provider. Revenues were increased on average 20% per year in a mature market while margins were increased by over 10% through careful management of sales costs and increased operating efficiencies. The company was eventually sold in late 2007 and is now part of Philips/Respironics Home Healthcare Solutions.

Before becoming a part of the Pro-Tech team, Mr. Johnson served in various executive positions within PACCAR, a multinational technology company that manufactures premium commercial vehicles sold around the world under the Kenworth, Peterbilt and DAF nameplates. Assignments crossed all areas of company operation including Sales and Marketing, Operations, Engineering, and Quality. He was selected to participate in and completed the PACCAR Management Development Program.

Jim is a graduate of the University of Washington with Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Mechanical Engineering. He and his wife Pat live in Woodinville where they are very active in their church, both having served in leadership positions. They are the proud parents of two adult children. For relaxation, Jim restores and races vintage and historic race cars with his daughter.
