Over the last 25 years, Glenn has been a highly successful retail management senior executive. Achieving extraordinary results and leading profitable sales and retail stores, he builds teams with synergy. He has lead teams to success in vastly different sales environments for both products and services.

A great sales trainer and motivator, Glenn possesses an in-depth understanding of operations, store management, customer service, and merchandise strategy and management. He has a talent for building effective strategies amidst complex challenges. And he takes strategy to execution to achieve and exceed goals. In all, Glenn is a 'best in class' result-getter.

Glenn's early career was with the regional Consumer Electronics retailer, The Federated Group. He rose quickly to senior executive ranks and helped to build that company from 7 to 70 stores with an IPO that was so successful, there was a second offering just weeks later. After a few years with The Good Guys at the height of their success, Glenn joined Best Buy to help open the West Coast. At Best Buy, the world's leading Consumer Electronics retailer, he oversaw stores with revenues exceeding $400 million annually.

Having achieved renowned success in building high performance teams for unparalleled results, Glenn has been a frequent speaker regarding talent recruitment and development, and team building for superior results. He has been invited repeatedly to speak to the Masters of Organizational Leadership students at Biola University in their "Distinguished Speaker Series". A synopsis of his presentation on team building has become required reading for the Masters Program.

Leadership development, interpersonal communication and conflict management are some of Glenn's other competencies. He is great at building strategic plans and seeing them through with high performance results. "Turnaround" for struggling businesses is another of his core competencies. Glenn has received many awards for best in class results in driving revenue and operational execution.

Glenn's undergraduate work at Long Beach State University is where he majored in Communications. He received a Masters in Leadership and Theology from the International School of Theology. He is a member of the Board of the church which he and his family attend.
