Cleve Adams has more than 27 years of enterprise to consumer software and hardware industry experience. His business insight and executive management style has produced an impressive history of growing and managing companies from startup to more than $1 billion. His skills extend to selling companies for significant returns to its investors or taking them through IPO's creating billion dollar corporations. His expertise is in Enterprise, SaaS, Cloud, Security, consumer, Internet advertising, wireless/mobile, networking, etc.

Prior to OneAccord he was Chairman and CEO of KaaM Inc. KaaM is a software developer building tools that leverage the massively parallel, low cost computing power of commodity GPU/CPU's. KaaM developed a vision & augmented reality view application, which is a mobile video/image based search technology that identifies objects and overlays information on top of an image (or image within a video). KaaM was named by Forbes Magazine in 2009 as Americas 2nd Most Promising Company.

Mr. Adams was previously the CEO of High Tower Software. High Tower was dedicated to best-in-class network security solutions. Hightower specialized in Information Management (EIM) systems, Critical Infrastructure Security, SAAS, Cloud, IT Search, and storage and compliance technology.

He also was the President and CEO of Puresight, Inc. Puresight was the number one provider of advanced content recognition and management software solutions for mobile operators, retail and enterprise markets.

Mr. Adams was the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Websense Inc. Websense is an Internet security software company that went public in March 2000. Adams, as the company's first executive, was largely credited as the key figure behind the company's transformation from a pre-revenue security startup to a $1B global corporation in the span of just four years.

He has held similar positions with other high tech companies and sales executive positions, such as Novell and Texas Instruments. Additionally he has had numerous consulting and interim CEO assignments.

Mr. Adams has helped build and manage four successful high tech startups and has raised over $58M in venture capital. He holds a Presidential and Key Executive MBA from Pepperdine University and has the honor of sitting on Pepperdine University's Board of Advisors.
Cleve has been married for over 29 years to his wife Shelli and has four children.
