Jeff has been involved in both sales and management development for the last 25 years and is founder of OneAccord. His work history includes the strategic selection, development and training of a sales force that began as 56 people and grew to 340, a 36% annual growth rate. His recruiting & sales team development experience is based on personally interviewing more than 10,000 individuals and directing over 1,500 recruiting meetings across all of Canada, Western US, and Mexico.
Jeff serves as Chairman and CEO of OneAccord. In that role Jeff charts the strategic direction of the company and spearheads many of our industry and recruitment initiatives.  Full Bio



Scott SmithScott Smith

Scott Smith has an extensive performance history in creating revenue. Scott's revenue experience covers two decades of implementing sales and marketing strategies including consulting, manufacturing, telemarketing, telecommunications, and mergers & acquisitions. Prior to joining OneAccord, Scott was President / CEO of Seattle based sheet metal contract manufacturing business. During his ten years in this role, the company grew from revenues from $18m to $70m. Scott joined OneAccord in June of 2009 and immediately joined the ranks as one of the highest producers at the firm. Complimenting his operating experience with several successful customer engagements and his unique ability to develop and train sales leaders, Scott was promoted to the role of President effective January of 2011. Dave ParkerDave Parker

Over the last 20 years Dave's career success has included both product and service industries, selling both tangible and intangible products in the technology market segments including hardware, software, and wireless. For the last 10 years he has held executive positions in IT services, software distribution and hardware development companies, including founding roles and CEO/President at both License Online, Inc. Dave's experience best in the catalyzing change in startup and growth companies as well as turnaround. His expertise also included business planning, financial modeling, fundraising and international joint ventures. Dave serves as the Chief Revenue Officer for OneAccord where he both identifies opportunities and supports new business development throughout the practice.  Full Bio



Glen HansenGlenn Hansen

Glenn's early career was with the regional Consumer Electronics retailer, The Federated Group. He rose quickly to senior executive ranks and helped to build that company from 7 to 70 stores with an IPO that was so successful, there was a second offering just weeks later. After a few years with The Good Guys at the height of their success, Glenn joined Best Buy to help open the West Coast. At Best Buy, the world's leading Consumer Electronics retailer, he oversaw stores with revenues exceeding $400 million annually. Having achieved renowned success in building high performance teams for unparalleled results, Glenn has been a frequent speaker regarding talent recruitment and development, and team building for superior results. Mr. Hennessey is an operating executive who has successfully developed and managed customer acquisition and business growth strategies for both the Fortune 500 and emerging technology companies. Rich is relentless in opening new markets and sales channels through international alliances to obtain a rapid entry into developing markets in the Far East, the PAC Rim and Europe. He is a proven entrepreneur teaming with early stage, emerging market investment to successfully launch new products that leverage patented technologies. As a leader, Rich is a stable, positive influence to reinvigorate operating performance. As a marketing innovator, he has led and promoted several branding initiatives, channel positioning and national product awareness campaigns. Darin Leonard is a professional with over 20 years of diversified experience incorporating enterprise wide leadership within the Fortune 500, as well as a start up and high growth Entrepreneurial background. At OneAccord, he serves as the Regional Managing Partner for the Northwest and is responsible for supporting a powerful and gifted group of Partners as well as coordinating market relations and business development. During his tenure at OneAccord, he has developed breakthrough sales and marketing strategies and processes for Fortune 500 consumer goods companies, manufacturers, retailers and professional services firms. Prior to joining OneAccord, Mr. Leonard was CEO/President of the Maytag Stores, a cutting edge appliance retailer. As CEO of the Maytag Stores, his organization was widely considered an industry leader in the terms of market entry, sales methodologies, local marketing strategies/negotiations and customer service. Blain Wease is a seasoned business executive with an extensive background, working with companies to create and retain revenue. Blain has primarily focused his expertise within organizations in the business-to-business space, which utilize direct sales teams. In 2005 he formed his own consulting firm that focused on companies interested in improved financial performance, sales & marketing results, strategic planning, leadership development, and organizational excellence. Serving in a variety of roles has uniquely positioned him to take a holistic approach with his client's objectives.In his role as the Regional Managing Principal for the mid south region, Blain is developing and managing a dynamic team to serve clients throughout that region. Full Bio
